Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped from Saturday to Thursday except in the event of public holidays, where all orders received during a public holiday will be processed upon resuming work. We try our best to offer same-day processing and shipping.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped using Express Door to Door Courier services, and most but not all orders are delivered between 3 to 5 working days, however in some rare cases shipping can take up to 15 working days.
In the event of not receiving your order within 15 days of purchase, and have not been contacted by us with an explanation for the delay, please contact us at customerservice@lacure.co.
Payments
All Payments are processed and operated by a 3rd party that offers secure payments and is safeguarded against all possible forms of online fraud. In the unlikely event that there is unauthorized use of your card, you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider.
Out of Stock Products
In case an item is listed as in stock, however, in fact, is out of stock, you will be immediately notified and will have the option of refunding the amount of the out-of-the-stock item or replacing it with any other item within the same price range.
Custom Duties & additional Fees
In the event of Customs Duties or Additional Charges imposed on shipments at the country of destination, the customer will have to bear all charges.
Return policy
No Returns are accepted.
Cancellations
Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at customerservice@lacure.co, if the order has not been dispatched, a refund will be offered. However, if the order has already been shipped, the value of the order will not be refunded.
